Technology Evaluation Library
A repeatable protocol for selecting and operating technology responsibly.
The evaluation record
Use one record per tested release. A candidate becomes evaluated only when a reviewer can inspect the procedure and results. Rejected candidates remain useful institutional knowledge.
- Requirement and institutional context
- Release, license and redistribution obligations
- Data access, hosting and security constraints
- Reproducible test, baseline and acceptance threshold
- Observed failures, alternatives and maintenance owner
- Decision, evidence, reviewer and next review date
No evaluation count is claimed. The private programme target is not a completed inventory. Commercial value comes from research, architecture, integration, validation and maintenance—not ownership of upstream open-source software.
