Customer records
Institution accounts access only their authorized organization. Contracts remain private. Passwords are hashed. Support access is read-only, time-limited, consented and audited. Public assessments require publication permission.
Visitor analytics
Optional analytics start only after consent. We record public page paths without query strings, referral domain, timestamps, foreground engagement samples, maximum scroll, link destinations, advisor openings, successful supported request-form submissions, UTM source/medium/campaign, coarse browser and operating system, broad device category and country reported by the hosting service. Analytics alone does not retain raw IP addresses, names, message text or precise location. Consented advisor analytics records AI-classified topics, proposed services, explicitly stated sectors and suggested next steps. A separate optional conversation-review checkbox permits the Roadyom administration to review newly sent questions, responses and summaries during the following 90 days. Unchecking applies to future messages; it does not delete previous records. Avoid patient information or sensitive personal data in the public advisor. An anonymous identifier is rotated daily. Data older than 90 days is removed on subsequent collection. Estimates cover consenting visitors only and may include residual automated traffic.
